I apologize for the lack of photo, but I couldn’t freakin’ find one…and do you know how hard it is to try to take a picture of the damn thing when your customer is waiting for their drink? Yeah, so not happening.
Anyway, give this one a try.
Mix all of the ingredients together and serve over ice. Garnish with an orange.

Found some new drinks for ya! I discovered these shooters at a local Irish pub. Hope you like them!
Cock Sucking Cowboy
(LOVE this name!)
1/3 shot Butterscotch schnapps
1/3 shot Bailey’s Irish Cream
1/3 shot Tia Maria
Pour each into the shot glass and drink!
1 oz. Buttershots
1/2 oz. Bailey’s Irish Cream
Float the Irish cream on top of the Buttershots and serve!
3/4 oz. Kahlua (Romana Black can be used too)
1/4 oz. Bailey’s Irish Cream
Layer Bailey’s over Kahlua and throw it back!
1 1/2 oz Vodka
3/4 oz Kahlua
3/4 oz Light Cream or Milk
Mix the vodka and kahlua together, then float the cream on top. Add ice if desired (I always do)
I’ll give you another drink:
2 oz Vodka
1/4 tsp Mario Olive Juice
5 oz Spicy Hot V8 Juice
1/4 tsp Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 tsp Melinda’s Habanero Pepper Sauce
Juice of 1 Lime wedge
Oh yes, it’s good.
2-3oz. Light rum
1oz. Lime juice (one lime, essentially)
2 tsp. Sugar
2-4 Mint sprigs
Muddle the mint and sugar with a splash of soda water in bottom of a mixing glass until sugar dissolves and you can smell the mint. Squeeze the lime into the glass, add rum, and shake with ice. Strain over cracked ice in a highball glass. Top with soda water, garnish with mint sprig and serve.
I’ve also done this by placing the mint leaves in the bottom of the glass you’ll serve it in and muddling it with the sugar there. Then the mint stays in the drink. Of course, this depends on the type of glass you use.
I can’t believe I forgot to post this drink!
Irish Car Bomb
1/2 pint(s) Guinness
1/2 oz Bailey’s Irish Cream
1/2 oz Irish Whiskey
Mix the Bailey’s and the whiskey in a shot glass, drop (or dump) it in the Guinness and chug (seriously, because the Bailey’s will curdle once it hits your tongue!)
